Pricing
- Public, flat annual pricing per institution (AtlasOA) or by district enrollment band (Atlas K-12). No per-student fees. Current prices are on the pricing page, which is the authoritative source.
- Included: software updates and email support.
- Optional one-time services: remote installation assistance and custom SIS integration, listed on the pricing page.
- Payment: prepaid annually. Multi-year terms are available.
- Hardware: you provide the server. Atlas K-12's Compass AI tiers have different hardware needs; see Compass hardware tiers.
- Evaluation: the 30-day evaluation is free.

Customer references
We do not publish customer names or logos without written permission. During due diligence, references may be available from customers who have authorized us to share their contact information.
Case studies
Published case studies will cover the institution type, the problem, the previous workflow, the deployment model, implementation, results and time saved, accreditation or MTSS impact, security and privacy considerations, and a customer quotation, and will be published only with the institution's approval. None are published yet. A worked example on synthetic data shows a complete assessment cycle step by step.
Do not take our word for it. Test it yourself. Install AtlasOA or Atlas K-12 on a machine your institution controls, use sample or non-production data, and let your own people decide.
